CEO & Founder
Wendy is a visionary leader that is committed to making global opportunities available to everyone. The LMTD mission of "teaching a man (and woman!) to fish" is at the source of every business decision, and the vision to create leaders impacting their communities and eventually their countries.
Ginger Johnson
Director of Women's Empowerment, USA
Ginger is a stand for Women's Equity and Empowerment. In addition for managing the African Women's Leadership and Well-being course, she is a stand for seeing women in leadership globally.
Kathi Wehage
Director of Entrepreneurial Business Development
Kathi's experience as a solopreneur gives her the wisdom to prepare our participants for business ownership, taking them through mindset training and goal setting. Her one-to-one coaching and online courses have assisted our leaders in getting microloans to start their own businesses.
