These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of letsmakethedifference.org and the services available through it. By using the site or making a gift, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About us
Let’s Make THE Difference, Inc. (“LMTD”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Nashville, Tennessee. Our website provides information about our work and a way for supporters to give to and connect with the organization.
Gifts and payments
Gifts made through our site are voluntary and are processed by a third-party payment processor (Zeffy). LMTD does not store your payment card information. Gifts to LMTD (EIN 84-1728140) are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and we will provide a receipt for your records.
Gifts are generally non-refundable. If you believe a gift was made in error or processed incorrectly, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it. If you set up a recurring gift, you may cancel it at any time by contacting us or using the tools provided by the payment processor.
Acceptable use
When you use our site, you agree not to:
- Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or its data
